My son started kindergarten - and I got to take him wpgilbe: My son started kindergarten today. He was so excited. His mother is working in another state, and our custody hearing is tomorrow, so she was not crazy about him starting school here in the first place. Nevertheless, I thought that she would be happy for him. Last night when they spoke on the phone, she told him that she would call him this morning before school. Before we left, no call. In the car, he said "I think I would like to talk to Mommy." We tried to call - no answer. Bottom line, she did not call him on his first day of school. What kind of a mother does that?
Anyway, I had the honor of taking him for day one. He was thrilled and handled it much better than I did. I feel bad for him that his mother is so selfish. I just hope that it comes out in court.

So Dad gets to take his son to Kidergarten. That's not an easy episode to deal with, but you were there.
Would you want to be any where else!
My son is going to Kindergarten as well this year, I only hope I can be there as the s2bx will cause an interference.

PS: Normally I don't have the "eye" to notice too many similarities between children and their parents, but I see a lot of you in your son!
