How to not turn into a complete *$#@% Mooneyes: Ok I'm not really sure how to do this. Every now and then I want to be vindictive and mean. Anyone have advice on avoiding this behavior?

Re: How to not turn into a complete *$#@% Lumpy: Get the meaness out here where they can't see it. Vent, insult, talk smack about, etc, etc, Ojar style. Then, hopefully, you work some of the vindictiveness out of your system and it doesn't pop-up when you're dealing with them in person...

Then there's the internet. Go to every website you love and avoid the temptation tom send nasty emails or to a websitew they may be on. (personal experience). It will bite you in the ass.
Re: How to not turn into a complete *$#@% mophead123: I think what all of us wants is to have the ex experience the pain that we have gone through. Unfortunately there isn't a good recipe for that. Revenge in any violent form doesn't do it justification. That's getting off too easy...They need the mental torture and trauma and need to be scarred for life ;D
