dad was cool about it....that always makes life easier for panicked desk clerks who have never had to deal with an emergency like that before.....

oh, dad just took him home. he was here visiting grandma and grandpa. good, now that he's off the property i don't have to worry about him anymore.
then there's the stupid woman who is here in the lobby, standing at the window, yapping on her cell phone. she's cold, so she turned on the heater that she's standing by and scared the crap out of everyone because it smelled hot for a few minutes. i thought that the building was on fire. ugh. who turns on the heater in the middle of august, for crying out loud?
