"well, we only change the sheets every 3 days (as is indicated on the information card that was on your bed when you checked in) so your sheets wouldn't be changed today anyway since you just checked in last night. i can certainly make the bed for you if you would like me to do so."
"well, yes, that's the least that you can do. but you can't do it now. come back in 5 minutes."
"certainly ma'am. just let me know when it is convenient for you and i'll come right down and make your bed for you."
