The Dingo's Revenge.Part Deux HeartbrokenDingo: The young lady called me back and told me that she knew that it wasn't me trying to throw her out...that it was indeed "the whore" and my stbx.
She told me everything. She told me that he had been collecting rent, that he was now "EMPLOYED"...YOU NAME IT..SHE SPILLED HER GUTS.
She also told me that she would testify to all of this in court.
Unfortunaltely, she also told me that my stbx had been at "our" house this past weekend with his whore and several of their friends and had "gutted" the house,
They took the appliances, the fixtures, everything...most importantly....
THEY STOLE THE BATTERY BACK-UPS FOR THE SUMP PUMPS!!!!
This is a house that flooded 7 times in 6 weeks when we first bought it
We were in the middle of a lawsuit against the previous owners when I threw him out of the house and filed for divorce.
That was last weekend.
Re: The Dingo's Revenge.Part Deux ajw: Ok....dont let your ex know that you know all this extra information......leave it in the hands of your lawyer.If you can prove he's been lying to the court,then the judge will basically disregard anything your ex says and rip him a new asshole.If he's been doing as much crap as you say and you can prove it,he could even get jailed for contempt of court.

Re: The Dingo's Revenge.Part Deux HeartbrokenDingo: Yes, I met the young lady over there yesterday and took pictures of what I could. Unfortunately, there was no power and the basement had very little light so I couldn't photograph the missing battery bak ups which were quite expensive.
In addition, this young lady told me that he sold our "kids" bunk beds and never even bothered to take their pictures that I left for him when I moved out ( they are his kids). He left them there.

Especially if you can track down anything else which may still be in his possession. I wouldn't go easy on him for this one. This seemed really heartless and cruel, and to think he tried to turn it around and make you seem like the bad one.
