Re: Serious Question... wowee: By the way - I was on bedrest for 3 1/2 months with my last baby - forced to LAY down the entire time unless I was eating or allowed to get up for a shower. Yes, it sucks, but I have the most beautiful baby girl right now & it was ALL worth it.

About a week ago, I had some leaking that was just as scary as you are mentioning. So I can understand where you are! Your concern right now has to be for you and your baby, there is a simple test that they can do at the hospital to determine if it is amniotic fluid, so go. I agree that he will not be much support if he does not want to be there, ask a family member or friend to go with you, or if there is no one, as for someone from the hospital to sit with you, there should be a social worker or someone there who can help you through this.
