Re: I just need to feel like someone is listening. in_search_of: Bug!
You know that we are always here to listen! Even if we can't do much to help or fix.
You are such a good mommy and a good person (I wanna be half the mommy bug is when my little peanut gets here...) You will survive all this. School goes on, if you have to take out loans, its a debt that you repay, its not a big deal, no one looks badly on student loans, and it doesn't take much credit to get that taken care of!
Good luck and HUGS!

:) :) :) :) :) & HUGS!!!
I completely understand what you're feeling. You're not alone. You will get through it. I'm in school too. I dropped all of my summer classes cause I couldn't concentrate-- too focused on the ex ;D.
It may not seem like much, but you will finish school and you will reach all of your goals. If your ex can't see you for the WONDERFUL, STRONG woman that you are, then his loss!
Take Care,
Nikki
Re: I just need to feel like someone is listening. alonewith2: To be asked how your day is going is such a nice sentiment that many don't realize!! My STBX was the same way. Only he would ask how my day was and then cut me off to tell me about his day. I really hated that!!
Everything else will get better with time. Try to focus on one problem at a time. Write them all down, prioritze them, and just focus on one. If you focus on the whole group, you will feel like your drowning, but if you do one at a time, atleast you'll be doggy paddling!! Call your utility companies and set up a payment plan (many have that option, and most would rather get something than nothing....the only problem with that is some utility companies will shut you off automatically if you don't keep up with the payment plan payments....so make sure you can actually abide by them before agreeing to them). You car payment can be worked out the same way. The school thing....try to talk to your councilor about the grade and the technical difficulties that you were having. Explain the emails sent to the other address, and maybe they will let you take the class over again, or volunteer to pay for part of it and see how that goes. You could also look into a supplemental loan or grant to help cover the costs, too. Loans do not have to be paid back while you are still atleast taking classes part time. So you won't have to worry about that payment right now. Go get your car a maintenance check to see if anything is seriously wrong with it. If you keep up on the maintenance, they tend to last a little longer....which is a small price to pay instead of getting hit with a major problem later.
Re: I just need to feel like someone is listening. AloneandCold: Thank you guys. :) I felt a lot better just getting it down and out. :) I know it will all work out, it always does. Some days it just gets to you, you know? Thank you especially for your encouraging words and for listening. You guys are like family to me. HUGS to everyone!
