Guys are exceedingly fragile in this area. He's also probably really concerned that you said it hurt and is wondering exactly what that implies. Until you say something it will eat at him. Don't wory about approaching him with it he will be really glad you did and I bet he will be very open to your needs in the future. It's sounds like you may have a great on together if you take this step.

Update: Did I Bruise his Ego? Macaw_Lover: Ok so ya had some convos on here with a very helpful lady of ojar and well I went over to his house tonight out of the blue to see if we could talk. First time I have seen him in 2 months and wow did he look like a deer caught in headlights, very shocked. Just wish I knew for sure if it was a good/bad shock or just shock period! I asked him if he was busy, he said he was going to his shop(which isn't uncommon)and I said your always busy, he smiled and said pretty much and I said ok, another time then and turned around and walked away. Didn't say NOTHING else, geez what is WRONG with me, he might just think i'm insane right? Any thoughts of there on the Ojar board??

Macaw_Lover: I really want to, but he is so shy and well.....him avoiding me isnt helping....I'm a very spineless person in fact it took a lot of courage to go over there....I sat in his driveway for a bit, but was afraid if I sat to long out there, someone would come out like what the heck? I hope that I didn't scare him more by just showing up like that! Hopefully he knows how much this means to me more by showing up and putting it on the line even though I didn't get a chance to do much. God he just must think i'm crazy for just saying ok another time, then turning around and walking away...
Re: Did I Bruise his Ego? AloneandCold: He is probably wondering true, on the other hand he has known you so long perhaps he guesses? If you really do want to talk to him you will either have to time going over there just right or you will have to pin him down on a time to talk. Just IMO. I really hope it works out.
