He will have a genuine concern for your emotional well being.
He will be interested and go out of his way to show an interest in your hobbies and life.
He wont cheat, cheating on you would seem a crime to him.
He will repect you.
He will praise and encourage you.
He wont play games with you.
He wont be handsome LOL
He'll probably be married
Seriously though, you'll know if he loves you. It will be a secure sea of warmth that is always there. Its rare but it does exist.
