I think we have a winner. Although, I would wonder what she had done or wanted to give me such a great treat. I think a treat like this would make for a real interesting night, if you know what I mean.

( In 6yrs I have only had to remind him about 3 times to put the toilet seat down). I get the food he likes. for example I buy juice not soda and buy spegettio's with meatballs because he likes them better that way. I also do little things for him, like suprise him with dinner at work or even just pass along funny things I think he will like. Also and most importantly I tell him at least once a day
(very VERY least) that I love him. If I see something in a store that I think he will like I go ahead and get it (if $ avaiable). I try to make things easier for him while he is in school and I compromise in fights and make him feel better on bad days. I dream with him and let him tell me about how sh!tty his day was before I b!tch about mine. Some days I don't let him complaine I just meet him at the door with nothing but a smile :) I think about him all day long and how I can make him just a little happier.

These are some things I did for my ex-bf that he liked:
Scratched his back until he fell asleep
Gave him back and foot massages
Slept naked in his arms
While he was in the shower, I would put on soft music and light candles for his return to the bedroom
We only saw each other on weekends, but upon his arrival I would have his favorite beverage made
I greeted him at the door ALWAYS with a warm embrace and a kiss. Sometimes I would be waiting on the porch LOL
For his birthday I paid off a special guitar that he'd purchased with my credit card. He intended to pay it off, but I surprised him.
I took pictures of the dinners he made. I appreciated them that much and wanted to hold them in tangible memory LOL
I listened to him talk no matter what the topic.
I took interest in his interests and would often look online at guitars, tools, guns or whatever he liked and asked questions and even learned a few things LOL
I made him special cards "just because"
I took pictures of myself and would send them to him on the cell phone LOL
I also printed the pictures so he could carry them while on the road.
He traveled three hours to see me so for Christmas I bought him a new cd player and speakers so that he could enjoy his journey even more
I cooked for him and willingly so many times
I knew enough about him that when an occasion came up I knew what to buy. I knew what he liked.
I was kind to his mother even though I never got to meet her in person. We had many phone conversations and I did my best to form a relationship. She was important to him and that made her important to me.
I introduced him with pride to others
I knew his moods and instead of getting pissed I would offer understanding. After you catch on LOL you know they aren't about "you".
I listened to him play guitar and would give him suggestions upon his request
I prayed for his well-being, happiness and safety
I embraced and kissed him and told him I love him upon his departure
I talked to him for HOURS on the phone while he was on the road (truck driver)
He had a favorite shirt he wore around the house in the winter and I made sure it was always clean
I gave him plenty of freedom and no demands
When we made love, I whispered, "I love you" and a few other loving sentiments
and I did all of this for what? LOL I haven't even come close to listing everything. Oh well LOL

If he knew that his efforts were appreciated even if she works It would help..Hows telling him I washed your workclothes for you.. or hows tell him that you placed clothes in the bathroom so that he can go take a shower when he gets home with no trouble..dinner.. clean home...how about turning off that damn lifetime movie just once to see if he wants to watch something.
