For me, the best way to show love is to be gently physical throughout each day. Just hands on the back while walking, fingers in the hair, rubbing the stubble on his cheeks, random hugs and kisses. Don't let it seem like it's a burden for you to hug him. That's one of the worst feelings in the world.

Long term your best bet is to listen to him (not always agree, but listen, try to figure out where he's coming from), don't second guess him (again, disagree, but don't him off at the feet) and to thank him for the work he does.

It basically describes how men want to be treated, by their wives. I almost agreed with the book 100 percent, how if women would just give a little of themselves to their husbands, they get 10 fold in return. A simple kiss at the door after work, and a "How was your day?" stuff like that. I would highly reccomend this book to any women who really want to know what men want. It's written by "Dr. Laura", and can be easily found with a google search. Although it didn't save my marriage, I believe it has potential for others.

Do the little things for him just like you want him to do for YOU. Rub his shoulders when he has had a hard day, more than likely, he will do it for you without asking when you need it. Cook a really nice dinner one weekend night when you are not rushed like you are during the week and the kids are asleep, more than likely, he will do it the next time. Run a hot jacuzzi bath before he walks in the door after work, grab him a cold beer, push him in the bathroom and tell him to relax, you take care of the kids for the next hour or so while he unwinds, more than likely, he will do it for you next.
It's the little things........
