I want to call her, irishman33: is there anyone else that you can call instead of her? i have found that when i have urges like that it's usually easier to call a good friend....someone that'll keep you grounded. i am not perfect by any means and have found myself wanting to call so bad that it hurts. the best advice i was given was to hold off on the urges and they will pass. she will contact you when she is ready.......trust me. i wish you the best

Re: GOD!! I want to call her, Change4better: Yes i will not call , it's just that it hurts so badly, today, i'm going to see a therpist. Not to try to win her back, but to keep my self grounded with these emotional rollor coaster feelings.

I want to call her, insomnia: find something to do when you feel the urge (easier said than done). i know when i have the urge... i cant control myself and i end up regretting that i did... i find that it just forces an issue that they are not ready to deal with and they end up resenting you more for pushing them.
it took me a while, but i stopped because when i do want to call, i think about how rotten i always feel after and it makes me stop. instead i call someone who i can vent to... and if there is no one available, i know i can always find someone here that i can talk to... i just post "need someone to talk to now" and someone always is there! thats what is so great about this site... if your urges are in the night, ck to see if i am online and i will talk you through this if you need my help....
