She officially got my 401k today My_farm: I usually say 'she took my 401k' but my counselor and
my family Dr. tell me that I just gave to to her :-\
I looked online today and her lawyer finally took it from my account
and the plan charged me another $300 to 'evaluate the domesitc court order'
needed to take it.

I'm so sorry. Thankfull my stbx is NOT that inteligent or rutheless when it comes to finance. But you just made me a little more nervous.
