massage music clambakesX: I give really good therapeutic massages (have NO idea about the erotic kind so don't even go there) and I'm putting together a mix CD of music.
The idea is that each body area gets one artist so I have some cue (which I can heed or not, depending on the feel) about when to move on, without looking at the clock.
What works for you?
Re: massage music Smiley17: Personally, I like anything that includes the sound of water or wind. We have a massage therapist here at work that has great music, and I almost fall asleep each time I have an appointment with her.
