Re: Are ya kidding me?! lghawaiian: Smiley,
I'm almost 25 years old. My father left myself and my sisters when I was 4, almost 21 years ago now. Until I was 10, I didn't see him at all. Once I turned 10 and my little sister was 6, he would only see us every summer when we flew out to Hawaii to visit him and the rest of my family. I really didn't see him that much.
Now, looking at myself, aside from a mild self-defeatist complex and fabulous taste, I think I've done quite well for myself.
My point is, your boys don't NEED their father around to become healty, responsible, caring and stong men. Momma can do that just fine. I'm living proof.
Re: Are ya kidding me?! Smiley17: Awww... thanks, Lg. That means a lot to hear that you were able to make without your dad. It gives me hope that we'll be ok.
:D :-*
Re: Are ya kidding me?! lghawaiian: Happy to be here for ya, lady. Now we just need to hope he can be responsible enough to take the kids on our apple pickin' day!
Re: Are ya kidding me?! Smiley17: No kidding!! We'll see, that's for sure. If not, I'll have two rug rats tagging along! LOL! ;)
Re: Are ya kidding me?! lghawaiian: Sweet! Camp councilor mode will be switched on! ;D
