I thought when the ex first left OMG that is it nobody will want me because I have the kids and 4 is a handful but I was wrong.
It is scary dating again and the guy that I am with now is not the first guy that I dated since the ex left but you will meet someone who will love you and your kids.

Re: Single with 4 kids!?! Bubba: I am have a little boy who I have joint custody of and I am getting married to a woman who has 2 kids of her own. I would marry her even if she had 5 kids. The thing I discovered when I re-entered the dating world was I had more in common with single moms then I did with single women. We simply understand that children come first and that they have to be taken care of.
In other words don't worry, there are a lot of guys who don't get scared off because of kids.

I'm finding this to be very true. In addition to the understanding the Bubba mentioned, single moms and dads also have more *respect* for the person who is raising the children -- they know how hard it is, and when you're raising healthy children in a positive manner they want to be around *that*.
