Capital Felony Minor Child:
.

Capital Felony Minor Child: drue: Merely a few weeks from closing this already awful divorce, I filed Capital Felony Sexual Battery on a minor child charges on a contractor working at the EX's house. As this is a tragety for such a young soul, it worsens when its the ex's new boyfriend being accused, where worse, this contractors buddy date raped her just a week before while he was passed out. She is in denile hard core and today, made no effort to support my daughter and I processing this charge, making attempts to make report of quite slanderous natures that have no support.

With child settlement in place just recently, mainly property remained. Now that every branch of law is involved, and Im self represent, can anyone depict such process that soundly takes custody of the minor child in light of this situation without going through the endless months of negotions again, which is why im now self represented..

Any feedback is appreciated.
Re: Capital Felony Minor Child: in_search_of: I would seek legal representation. Period.  You are getting too many branches involved to make this work for yourself.

As someone else said on the forums earlier today, even lawyers have lawyers...

"he who represents himself has a fool for a client."

Re: Capital Felony Minor Child: fooled2manytimes: Drue.  I'm sorry I can't offer any advice that you're looking for.  But speaking from personal experience, PLEASE get help for your daughter.  It's so important that she learn how to cope as early as possible.  If the local authorities haven't already given you this information, it's a great place to start:

www.rainn.org or call (800) 656-HOPE

Good luck...
