Yes, do things for You...NOW is a time for you... don't watch sad love movies, don't listen to sad songs, don't stare at your pictures together...DON"T...
Do something that makes you happy...go to groups for separated and divorced people...
Life is too short to be sad...things could be much worse! Really it could! Think about that...
Take deep breaths...
Smile...or try tooo
Talk to someone, perhaps a counsellor? I still do...

here is how to do it
on the left side, hit (select) the name of the person you want to communicate with....and then it sends a personal email to that person.....
so that the whole world does not see what you type....
