Re: Met a nice guy... now what? Bubba: Ummmm ok, perhaps it is just my old self talking here, but he sounds like he is playing you. I am not saying he is, but it sounds to me that he might be. Why do I say that?
1) The second time he sees you he says he forgets to ask for you number but then doesn't ask right afterwards?
2) The statement "I don't do one night stands" well is to a player like a red cape is to a bull. It is a challenge. Kind of like in high school when a girl would say "I am not having sex till I am married".
3) You told him in advance that he isn't getting anything, yet like any good player, he goes along with it. What does he do, he gets himself and invite up to your place and busts a move.
4) Wakes up, still doesn't ask, and bolts. Yeah, in other words I got you drunk AGAIN, and still didn't get any sex, I am outta here.
I am not saying I am right on this, but I want to give you another point of view. He may just be out to get laid. Some players will even date a girl for a while just to wait to get laid then dump her. Why the effort? Because he is usually sleeping with a few other girls on the side and he likes the thrill of the hunt.

Re: Met a nice guy... now what? Candygirl: hmm... that's a really good point bubba. That was actually my first thought of it all, that's why i didn't kiss him 'cause i wanted to see if he was serious or not.
But then i thought maybe he was just shy when he was sober... or maybe he couldn't remember... or maybe he was embarassed after talking about how much he thought we were "meant to be" or that he passed out on my couch. Maybe i'm just being hopeful that he's not a jerk... ((sigh)) wish i knew?!!
