Need Men's Advice MauiStacey:
A few months ago I ran into an old friend that I grew up with...well he is 4 years older. Anyway, when we were in our teens we did everything together for years. I could tell he was in love with me but he never made a move. Back then I dated a few other people beside him and he never said anything about that either.....he just quetly adored me.
When I got married (at a very young age) I could tell he was hurt, but we remained friends. A few years later I got divorced and we ran into each other again and hung out . He went off to California to be a rock star and I was in college and moved to Maui and we lost touch until now. We are both back in our hometown State.
He told me God sent me back to him and we have spent a lot of time together and the past 3 weekends he has slept over on Saturday nights but he has never once tried anything...he doesn't even touch me. We are both in very good shape and there was only a minimal amount of driking. He has even said that he wants to marry me. Why would he not make a move? I wrapped my legs around him when we were sleeping but did not make any advances toward him. I know he has always been a little intimiated by me...but why would he not make any moves after telling me how much he adores me and wants to be with me?
He is a little shy and a very gentle soul, but I'm still confused. Any suggestions?
Re: Need Men's Advice whatnext: It sounds like you guys know each other really well. Why not just talk to him openly and frankly? Ask him what he's waiting for. If you can wrap your legs around him, you can talk to him.

You should wrap your legs around him when he's awake and see what happens. ;)
Really though, I think saying what's on your mind is good. What can it hurt? I do think you should be able to touch before the marriage conversation comes up though.
Just think about how great it's gonna be once you do open him up. :o Mentally that is...

All I can say is talk to him. It really makes no sense to me why a guy wouldn't do anything, unless there is a medical reason....
