I don't understand it, but some are quite serious about celebicy (sp?). I'm of the opinion that you wouldn't buy a car without test driving it, so why would you marry without................, well, you know.

Well, with the ones that I was with when I wasn't in a relationship, I think it was because I didn't want to make her think that my mind was being controled by my other parts.
Now, after 3 weeks, I would maybe have tried at least something and if a woman would wrap her legs around me, well, if it's been long enough in the relationship(and since he wants to marry you), it's game on. You don't get a bigger sign than that unless it's lit and on the side of the road.
I'm pretty shy when it comes to initiating relations myself and I can see how this guy is just not going to make that move.
I agree, you should maybe try and ask or hint to him that he should put the moves on you. If that doesn't work, try falling on top of him naked. If that doesn't work, he's gay.

I know there is no medical problem and I know its not religious.
Like you said, I'm not buying the car without taking it for a test drive LOL.
I'm not so sure I do want to get married, but the initmacy to me is a huge part of a relationship.
