Relocating out of state........letter to Ex dreamerpoet: Has anyone else had to write a 30 day notice to their ex when they moved out of state?
I am not sure exactly how to write it and what needs to be said in it...........can anyone give me some pointers????????????

*Send notice by certified mail
*Request a return receipt which will be your proof to the court that you sent the notice

Re: Relocating out of state........letter to Ex dreamerpoet: Well it is done. Sent out today in the mail and the really great thing is.................he has a warrant out so if he takes me to court right now he will get arrested becuase he never pays his child support. ;D
I know dirty pool but he makes a habit of breaking my kids hearts and all is fair you know.
