Thanks for all the hugs and pep talk. It does help to be reminded that I am doing the right thing. The whole time I was filling out the questionaire, I was thinking, "Well, it isn't signed yet - when I give it to her, she might change her mind!"
Now I have to realize that I can't think that way. I have to go in there and expect that she will sign and my new life will begin that moment in time. :-\

I suggest that you make plans a head of time with a buddy to go out and doing something after you have given her the papers. I know it won't take your mind off "her or the situation" but its better then sitting there by yourself "replaying it over and over again". Maybe see a movie something funny -- like -The 40 YEARS OLD VIRGIN.

My stomach is CHRUNING right now just thinking about how I'm going to present them to her. I know the tears will be flowing heavily because she keeps telling me how mush she loves me but that she just can't forgive herself for hurting me so bad.
Regardless it is our only option if she is not willing to do her part, right? The problem is, she is going to Vegas for work thru Sunday then going to her parents for a couple days. That puts us at Tues. The papers will be ready on Monday. I leave to L.A. on business through Friday so now I have to wait until the end of NEXT FREAKIN' WEEK! to get this crap over with!

Re: Why do I feel so bad??? Gem72: Sorry that you feel bad but I also am the one that left my marriage. I was no longer in love with him. I lost 13 pounds in the first week and I really didn't need to loose any weight. I think it was a combination of being with him for the last 10 years and then being alone. I felt horrible but I knew it was the right thing to do.
