I especially love Philly rolls and California rolls. Oh, and sashimi, especially any tuna.
And I'd like to go to eat sushi with kittenpants and BBH...they can have all the salmon and I can have all the tuna! ;D
And as LgH pointed out, sushi does not mean raw fish. It actually means rice rolled with other goodies. I believe sashimi refers to the raw fish parts...I might be mistaken, but you get the general idea. The most common misconception is that all sushi includes raw fish.
And YUM...I love lots and lots of wasabi! ;D
