Re: Is this common? Shanna: BUT maybe the co-worker made his "breakup" a huge part of the description of him so that made the other persons response natural.
Re: Is this common? Dolphin Close: Greg: Is the woman still single or divorced? If she;s still single, ask your friend what's wrong with her? How come she hasn't been married.
HMMMM. Maybe there's something wrong with HER.

Yeah, she's single...I like the way you think.
Re: Is this common? lghawaiian: Ask any of my friends or Blue about why my ex left me and you'll get:
Because...
"She's insane."
"She's an insensitive, selfish b!tch."
"She's retarded."
"She's (derogatory adjective here)"
The important thing is what you know. If you know there is nothing wrong with you (I know, easier said than done), then that's all you have to worry about. If someone who doesn't know you won't give you a chance because she thinks there has to be something wrong with you, then she's not worth your time. My opinion.
Re: Is this common? Shanna: You know I asked a thousand Q's to my new bf before we started dating....He will be 27 soon....has been engaged twice and never married. That seems odd to me. The girls ALWAYS leave him. After asking him a jillion questions about his past I have come to find out he is the nice guy that everyone uses as a rebound, run over, chew up and then spit out like they did nothing wrong. Then they get done wrong again and go back to him....he doesn't take them back. Anyway. There isn't anything wrong with him in my eyes....but to some him being a "nice" guy like he is would be a turn off. Sheesh I feel like I rambled.
