You know, I have often wondered if she is scared of him in some way. She drops little hints here and there but you're the second outsider to mention something to that effect.

You did the right thing it sounds like she just tries to spare your feelings! If she was really going to take time to think it would not be in some hotel room with the OM in Vegas. Letting go is so hard but she has jerked you around enough.

To be frank, I was just illustrating a point. There is no reason why she couldn't take you and not him. As tempting as it might be, don't blame him for her actions. She's throwing your marriage away not him.

Guess what tho.....I just got an email saying, "I JUST CANCELED THE TRIP" Nothing else.
I sent one back saying, "So now what? Tell me what that means." No answer.....yet.
