I mean it could be other stuff (at which point you are in for some fun).
But I would try the dr. 11 seems a little young to me (eek) for a period. But she could have any number of bacterial or viral things!

Just take her and put your mind at ease.

Re: Need help with diagnosis sheydp: 11 isn't young for a period - apparently the new average age is 10! The old average age was 12, so either way that is coming... but that wouldn't have this kind of lethargy. Have you taken her in yet?
