I need a surprise.... in_search_of: I was thinking that I ought to do something nice for G...just for S&G, and for being a good guy. he has been complaining a lot lately about needing time off and a vacation. Well, he has no vacation time, and we have no money for a real vacation right now. So I was thinking like maybe a one night at a fairly local BNB, or something similar ... even if it was just something where we went when he got off work, and came back...
whats everyone think? Any better ideas?
Re: I need a surprise.... Trillian: ISO.....my ex used to surprise me with a nice candle light dinner and then a night at a local hotel or BNB. But maybe like a nice picnic???

Re: I need a surprise.... in_search_of: I think that it would get us out of the disaster area that we call an apartment for a night. I am thinking that it would be a good fairly cheap way to get away just for the night, esp before peanut makes an arrival...
