I mentioned earlier that I saw a guy wearing the same uniform that Em has to wear to work and it made me cry. Reading Feels post made me cry. Maybe I'll make a list of how things could be worse....

That's a key right there. It's normal to crawl into your shell for ahile but don't make a habit of it. Call up some old friends. Go out drinkin' and dancin'. You're probably not going to feel like doing it, but once you get out there you'll have fun. Get your mind off it for a couple of hours. It makes all the difference. Make some plans!
