Re: I can't stop crying lilly10: I cried till the well ran dry!! I cried for weeks on a daily basis. You will reach a point when you just stop crying like charmed said you think with logic and that is what will carry you through this. But for now cry when you need to!
Re: I can't stop crying lost in midland: my ex-wife has been gone for a year.  I didn't cry for 5-6 months I think I was still in shock.  One day I came home and started watching T.V. and it hit me like a ton of bricks. I cryed till I couldn't cry anymore.  I didn't get much sleep that night, However I did feel alittle better the next day.  It is normal to cry, it helps the healing process.

I can't stop crying, for two days now I have cried I think I'm going insane, this can't be normal.

What the hell is wrong with me? I am not a bad person I just seem to have bad luck.

[color=navy"> I am sure you could see with everyone who posted that unfortunately .... this is normal.  Emotion is strong and sometimes overwhelming.  There is nothing wrong with you --- and you are not a bad person because you let the emotion get to you.

I am also one who cried ... cries and will I am sure ... cry again ...  It is a harsh wound that has been inflicted on your heart --- don't patch it up and pretend it isn't there -- cry if you need to.[/color">
