Co-Dependancy No More changed4ever: Great book, explained to me that my job was not to take care of everybody else but to take care of me.
Re: Co-Dependancy No More Cowboy12: great book ..... it was the first book I read after my break up ...my counsellor suggested it.. living as i did with an alcoholic for 8yrs, was amble enough to become hugely co-dependant.
Together with going to Al-Anon this book is a lifeline to me.
