He's a NO SHOW ChrisJane: >:(
Today was the pre-trial hearing. Suppose to be the make/break part of the divorce...
I was so ready...I had all my paperwork to argue my points....
He didn't even show up. He's the one that has complained about me being greedy, he should get more stuff, I should get the bills, he shouldn't have to pay so much support. Yet when it comes to speaking his mind in court he is a no show!
Now the judge states we have till this time next week to make any agreements or he will make his decision and hand it down on March 8th.
His cell phone has been shut off, I called his mom to see if she knew how to reach him. How many mothers honestly have no way of reaching their children??? She doesn't. So I left a message with her, his aunt and brother that he needs to call me by Wed. or my attorney will file a motion that he didn't appear and that on these grounds the divorce be granted in my favor with the conditions I have requested.
His brother said this was his way of thinking if he didn't show the divorce wouldn't happen. WRONG answer. In 35 days the divorce will be final! :D
Re:He's a NO SHOW newandconfused: It is amazing that he thinks if he just doesn't acknowledge that this divorce is happening, it won't. Like he is so powerful to wish it away! Anyway--i truly hope he defaults and you are granted EVERYTHING YOU WANT. YOU DESERVE IT!
Good luck to you!
Re:He's a NO SHOW ChrisJane: Thank you.
Believe me part of me wants to be spiteful and take it all since he didn't show up.
Yet I will give him the next two days to sign the orginal agreement papers I gave him to cut him a break. We'll see. From there its out of my hands.
His control and power has come to an end. Time to face the true facts the marriage is over and he lost!
