BMV Vs. Child Support ChrisJane: I was told through the grapevine that my STBX received a letter that he will lose his OH driver's license due to support not being paid.
Does anyone know anything about this new ruling or where I can research it?
He makes it sound like its a done deal, but don't they give him an option to set up payments toward support due?
I shouldn't care, he hasn't paid any support for 3 months now and owes over $14,000 to three sets of families now.
But if he loses his licenses, he can't go to work, therefore is this grounds to stop or drastically reduce support for his kids?
