Ojar Book Club AloneandCold: I was thinking if anyone is interested we could start a book club.
The books would depend on who wants to join and what interests them.
We could discuss the book either through email or chat or something along those lines.
If anyone is interested post on here. :)
Bug
P.S. It doesn't even have to be about crocodiles. :D
Re: Ojar Book Club brokenman: You can count me in. Sounds very interesting.
Re: Ojar Book Club teacherwriterguy: If you all decide to read something, I'll read it too. Been reading up a storm of good books lately. The best ones recently:
"Plot Against America" by Phillip Roth.
(What if an anti-semitic presidential candidate had beaten out FDR in the election before the start of WWII?)
"Perks of Being a Wallflower" by Stephen Chbosky
(Odd-ball outsider, 15 year old Charlie, finds two new friends in Patrick and Sam who help him come out of his shell.)
"Stiff" by Mary Roach
(Non-fiction about the different ways cadavers advance the cause of science. Creepy but cool.)
"Kite Runner" by Khaled Hosseini
(Coming of age story set in modern Afghanistan.)
"Tuesdays with Morrie" by Mitch Albom
(Non-fiction about how the author reconnected with his favorite college professor as he was dying.)
---
That's my current or recently finished reading list. I'm up for most anything. :)

Re: Ojar Book Club admin: I recommend,
Blink : The Power of Thinking Without Thinking by Malcolm Gladwell
Re: Ojar Book Club hudson: I'm down with that Bug.
Twg, read "tuesday's with morrie". Really enjoyed it.
I recommend "Choke" written by the feller who wrote "Fight Club" and "Peace Like a River" by Leif Enger, I love this book, can't recommend it enough(it's a story about family, kind of kill a mockingbird-esque).
