They wouldn't take us back to the gate because there were no gates open! It was the worst flight of my life!!!!

I'm here now. Sleeping soon (it's 1:30 in my head, and I gotta be up for an 8 am business breakfast. Yippee). At least the flight was uneventful.
And, yes, the terminal is preferrable to the plane. We had a half hour in away-from-the-gate limbo, and that was more than enough.
