Re: OJar Video Tips admin: To quote a URL link here are the steps,
1. Go to the page where the post appears.
2. Cut/Copy the URL into memory by highlighting it and typing 'control-C' (two keys).
3. Create the new post
4. Insert the URL by typing 'control-V' to paste it.
5. Put [ url "> and [ /url "> either side of it so it is clickable.
