Wow, I wish I had your problem! I am also 5' 3", but I weigh about 145 lbs. just a few years ago I weighed about 125. :)
I don't think it's a big deal that you're losing weight. I've lost a few pounds since my breakup, but my appetite hasn't decreased any.
As long as you're eating, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Where I would start to be concerned is if your appetite decreases dramatically or if you avoid eating altogether, which of course invites eating disorders like anorexia, but it sounds like that isn't a problem for you.
Another thing, don't worry about what others say about your body. What matters is how YOU feel about your body. :) :) :)

Re: losing too much weight? callaway: Thanx for the advice all. I know I worry too much about everything. I have stocked up on bananas/juices and other snacks to have between meals to try and boost my energy intake a bit.
Re: losing too much weight? dirk8: hahah same here... i buy bannasnas and drink as much juice as i can because i am so afriad i will die from malnutrition.
i skip meals too, but when i do eat, its mostly fast food.
so i try to balance it out with salads and stuff.
last night i skipped my KFC dinner all together. I will feel real guilty and have to make it up with a healthy breakfast!
dont worry.. ur not unhealthy yet.. but keep eating your fruits and drinking that juice..
Re: losing too much weight? clambakesX: Try to be sure that what you =do= eat is giving you the vitamins etc you need.
Get some unprocessed complex carbs in, and try proteins in the forms of combinations like
brown rice + beans
wholegrain bread + peanut butter
lentils + wholegrain pasta
They don't have to be eaten together. You could have wholegrain cereal in the morning and then peanut butter on your banana mid-morning or something.
I'll think of some others combinations if you're interested. There really are ways of preparing this stuff so it tastes good! And you get plenty of fiber and calories.
And - are you getting exercise? B/c esp. for us women, it's important not to lose muscle and bone mass.
Re: losing too much weight? Zephix: I was always a small guy.. 135, then i went to jail for d.volience and when i got out i was 111! Know i am back up to 135 with 13 lbs of pure muscle. Lol.
