Re: Can I ask a question?? Trillian: Depo Provera (sp??) or Depo Lupron?? I am on the depo lupron, which basically has almost done what it needs to do, it is shutting down all "womenly" functions. I am in menopause at age 30! :( It is like doing the hysterectomy without doing surgery. And for unknown reasons to me, They only allow you to stay on it a year.
Depo Provera screwed me up horribly. I had a period for 6 months STRAIGHT!

I had no period - but gained about 50 pounds that I still can't shake!
I'm what is called Peri-menepausal so I have some symptoms of "men-a-paws" even now! Yuk! Ima moody-beotch! LOL! Just ask my Ex! LOL!

I gained weight with the DP and was low on my Iron because of it. argh!!! I hate this.....Why can't I be normal?? I am hurting again today!
