Frustrated korbie: I think what I hate the most about this whole thing is that I feel the need to talk about what I feel all the time to everyone but I know better. I miss the thought that there was someone there for me whenever I need them. Now I feel like a burden on everyone. I hate this! I feel all this pent up pressure inside and I don't know what to do with it. I get distracted with daily things but then when there's down time all the feelings I've been ignoring come back. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

Re: Frustrated SunnyFlower: Don't know if you'll like my suggestion or not, but any physiacl activity that is healthy for the body. (i.e. Running, exercising, etc.)
Not only will you be in great shape, but the energy spent will also help relax your mind and possibly help you unwind your mind for a better nights sleep.
