Re:Old Timer Needs Opinions Safetykc: Vegas BABY Vegas!
I have moved to new cities on a number of occasions and there really isn't any harm in it as long as you prepare and are willing to just go for it. It is hard to give up a job you are familiar with, but only you can answer whether you would be happier trying something new.
When I did it I moved to Florida for a year and really missed certain things where I used to live so I moved back to Austin.
Then another time I moved to Tulsa for 2 years and really grew tired of the city and ended up moving to KC. It was pretty easy as a single guy to do that, as long as you don't have a house, which I didn't at the time, nor was I involved with anyone seriously and have no children.
So, my .02 cents is to go for it if you really want to...You can always move back or onward to somewhere new if Vegas doesn't grow on you...and how could it not....it's VEGAS!! ;D
But the choice is your's. All we have is opinions...
Let us know how it all ends up and what you decide!!!

VEGAS BABY!!! VEGAS!!!! ;)

Trust your intuition, if never steers you wrong.
Change can be good.
