I have said this before though, and I'll say it again: I think judges should force parents to stay in the same state or within a certain distance. It may sound harsh but so is life for a child who is always missing one parent. That was me. I missed one and then I'd miss the other. It sucks!
Think about relocating. For her.

Do you get to talk to her on the phone? Is there constant communication? She's little and you said its been 2 years.. this life is the only one she remembers :-\ I hurt for you..I hurt for her.. I dont have my daughter..my ex does..but thankfully it was a mutual decision for her benefit and they are only an hour and half away.. still aches that Im not with her everyday but at least I call her every night.
I wish I had better advice to give...other than .. take a step..before its to late. Time passes much to quickly :(
