Re: Tired starzluv: well, i get 5 days off from work. not really a good thing, but it means i won't have to call off to go to my job interview this week. if i get the new job, i'm hoping things will get better, and hopefully i will be able to get more sleep. it is more hours, but by the time i get the kids home, it will be time for dinner, and there won't be alot of time for them to mess up the house. i never get a real break from the kids. the only tome the H sees the kids is when he comes over here. he has yet to take them for a weekend or even a night. well, he did take the baby over night a couple times since he moved out, but not the 2 older ones. AND THE BABY IS THE EASY ONE. the 5 and 6 year old are the ones that tire me out. tonoight i am hoping to be in bed by about 11pm. IF i can get to sleep, that should give me 6 hours of sleep. boy would that be nice.
Re: Tired blizbth: Ok, is there a way to contain the area that the kids play in? Maybe if the mess was in one concentrated area it would be much easier to pick up.
I am so sorry that your time is so tight and you are so tired. I was just brainstorming ways to reorganize so that time flows better for you. Could baths on the kids be done at night or lunches packed at night to free up a bit of time in the AM?
Re: Tired starzluv: the kids have me up at 5am every day, so that's why i give them their baths and do luches in the morning. i don't have an alarm set for that early, that's just what time they get up. as far as containing the mess, right now we live in a 2 bedroom mobile home, the mess is mainly because we have too much stuff for such a small space. i've tried getting rid of stuff, but we still just don't have enough room. hopefully we will be moving soon into a bigger place. and as for not cleaning sometimes, i know me if i let it go just 1 day then i end up letting it go till the weekend, and by then it takes the whole weekend to get it clean. i just feel like there just isn't enough time to do everything i need to or want to. as it is right now i don't get a chance to really do things i WANT to, i barely get done the things i NEED to do.
