fear of unknown moonshine: im scared of the future, and if i will be happy or not. im scared if i will ever get this cyle over and done with of feelng happy/sad.
im scared of whoever i marry being a total bit*h like my last.
how do i live in the NOW and not the past or future???????
Re: fear of unknown RSGinATX: Make plans for your life..get in shape, take a class, find a hobby, anything no matter how small..and follow through. Re-establish for yourself that YOU control the path you take and your feelings about life.
The best defense for getting a bad shake out of life is to roll the dice yourself. :)

There's no need to be scared, you will be happy and this cycle will end. In the future you will look back and realise that you are happier than you ever thought you would be.
Like RSGinATX advised, take charge of your life at least in your mind, that's half the battle. Do things for you, for your own enjoyment. In the early stages this can be really difficult, learning to enjoy things again but persist.

Some day when you have healed you will meet someone and fall in love again, someone worth taking this risk for. You will have grown so much because of what you are going through now that you will be so much less likely to make the same mistakes again. You should be cautious but not so cautious that you never trust again.
Re: fear of unknown husky: don't think so far into the future. you never know know what's going to happen so there's really no point worrying about it now.
for now, live 1 day at a time and make sure you live the day to the fullest.
