My wife was pulling the same sh&%. I caught her in a million lies and she had to keep telling more and more. I told he if nothing was/is going on why are you lying?
She came up with the most lame excuses and when thaey didn't work she went right into the blame game and finally just left.
I will agree with one thing, she is lying mostly to herself. In fact, I believe that she thinks she IS telling the truth.
Sad really.

I think the same of my XBF, but I can't love him and trust him enough for him just to stop.
Think at this point that I trained him to lie to me, you know the "You teach people how to treat you"? I was so NOT upset by lies, to help him with telling the truth that he just kept on giong......how sad am "I" for that????:(
