on/off, wtf do you do? how do you cope? with hardened_heart1970: christmas lights. they go in, all nice and neat, working. then you unravel them, they are all tangled, some work, some dont. it ends up being a nightmare. i have been all of 2 days trying to put stupid lights up, and for what? the feel of the season?
i so cant wait to find the exmas light elf, that tangles my lights. i will wring his neck, and make him sh*t little santas....
damn lights. i cant get my devil working at the top of the tree either... :-X

But I have to say, you are sweet to put it up now and get things set up for the girls...I just can't make myself do it yet. I may do it on the 23rd and then take it down on the 26th.
