Suddenly Single: OK....I totally agree with you...here is the kicker...the reason the phone calls came up in the first place is because she would always call right at bedtime...5-10 minutes before or after they were in bed and then not talk to them. He thought it was reasonable to request that bedtime calls were made by 8pm so that from 8-8:30 they could get ready for bed and get to sleep on time. How stupid for her to not think that was a good idea....she is using the kids as a bargaining tool.

the ex sends the kids in clothes, that are atleast 1-2 sizes smaller than what they need.
she also wont let them call, so i had it put in the agreement, that tuesday and thursday nights, the kids call the other.
i bought the winter coats, and all she had to do was buy the ski pants. she bought them coats and ski pants. go figure. i think some people are so dumb. just dumb.....

I can see them when ever during the week i dont have them, we usually go play tennis or go to the park. On one condition as long as there home work is done. I can call anytime i need to which isnt often. So i guess ive got it preaty good then. ;D

She didn't send the clothes...so the kids only have 1 pair of pants at his house....the two days it was his day...she called after 8pm....and she can't understand why he is being inflexible now....
