I've been watching my friends play on this thing for quite some time now, and I thought I might try my luck. I'm not at all optimistic about my chances of finding love online however, simply because I'm a specific person, looking for another specific person. I don't know who she is, and the chances of her being you are really not all that good, but hey, ya never know. Now a bit about me.
I am a slightly damaged Canadian male of mixed ancestry, and I might sometimes joke about being Irish enough to get into trouble, and Scottish enough to get out. It actually used to be true, but these days, I just avoid trouble altogether. I think alot, about all sorts of things, but mostly about social issues, as I'm not at all satisfied with the way things are, and believe that I can change them. In fact, I've spent most of my life wondering how I can make things better. I've got a pretty good idea about how to go about it now, and am currently working toward just that. I used to have a good high-paying job, and I could get it back if I really needed to, but I am compelled to live in squalor, typing out the lines of code that will one day unite the world in peace and equality.
I know.. crazy, eh? But that's life and that's me, actually, not quite. I'm not as dedicated as I'd like to be, or rather, I'm distracted way easier than I'd like to be. Either way, I'd like to find a beautiful woman to share my empty spaces with. Someone who will be encouraging and supportive, a good woman, the Ying to my Yang, my very own special someone.
