Hey everyone. If this whole karma thing is true, then what are we all here at Ojar paying for? What did we do to deserve this? What are we being punished for?

Good question, I am going to think about that for awhile:)
We cannot all be perfect. I know I have broke a heart or two in my life. But I was always very caring about it and tried to comfort the person rather than drag them through the dirt.
Could be for the baby fur seal I clubbed a few years ago.....hmmmm. Just kidding!!

Punished? When you take drugs away from an addict you are not punishing them (despite the withdrawal symptoms). You are helping them. Same thing applies in your case, LOR. This is a good thing!

karma will hit you again if you dont learn from it. the other person has obviously not learned and it will hit them for sure, its a matter of time.
the key is getting out the cycle
Re: Karma dragonfly: Is it bad to want Karma to hit my X and the OW now...make them pay dearly for the pain and suffering they caused me and her husband?
I sometimes fantasize about how I'd like Karma to get them...but then I start wondering what I did to deserve so much pain.
But I agree with Chief...what we're going through isn't necessarily our Karma out to get us for some past deed...but God or higher power or fates way of getting us out of a situation that would not allow us to be the best we can be and have the best life we can have.
We deserve better than what we got...and our Karma will ensure that. ;) (so I'm having a good day...might sing a different tune on a bad one)
Re: Karma superwife: I guess I am paying dearly for something I did almost 10 yrs ago (not to him, though). Boy, payback is a bitch. I just wonder if his Karma will take that long. I guess the key to this is, I need to get over what he did to me, regardless of when karma catches up to him.
