Dealing Over The Holidays Watergod: Hey Gang!
Just wanted to say that the working out thing....is really working out! I can honestly say that I hate...I mean HATE working out. But out of sheer desperation to stop my brain from thinking too much...and to DO something with all this unused energy...and to be able to SLEEP at night...working out has been the absolute best remedy.
The by-product is that my body is looking better than it ever has in YEARS! I mean...wow! (I am doing the body for life program. ) Been on it for a month. I decided to try it for a month and see...now I am hooked just because of the results alone. You just FEEL so much better about life...and yourself! Also it doesn't kill you with time restraints to do this program!
After talkin to my doc I also put in 6 min twice a week in a tanning booth. I don't want to fry...I just want the vitamins that I miss from no sun during the winter months. So just 6 min getting some happy in a tanning booth. My gym has one so that helps.
Just wanted to share with you all that we need all the endorphines we can get going through all this crap! Make the time...you will be THRILLED that you did. Things don't look so bad...even at the beginning when it hurt the most...I just had this internal boost of happy from all the working out.
Can't wait to see what the next month will bring! I am starting to see abs for the first time in my life!
