WOW!!! Falcon554: Well lastnight it happend I got the "lets work on the marrige". Alot of things happend to her yesterday, the car repoed, my son let her have it with both barrels, he is 19 and told her really for the first time what he thinks of what she has done. And day before yesterday my wife had the first words with the one she had the affair with (they work at the same place) She had to tell him that it was the worse mistake of her life, and he told her never ever talk to me again :)
So I hear the words I have wanted to hear for 6 months, and what was my reaction? Scared to death. I spent the night there lastnight, nothing much happend. Need to do alot of thinking and soul searching.
If I do go back this will not be the same marriage, thank god. I will not try to control her anymore. I will demand respect tho. No more stilling on my ass on this pc. We will go places and do things together just me and her. I will cherish her like I should have all along, she has to do the same. She is a damn lucky woman to have me and I know that and I think she sees that to now.

Just be wary...if the stress of the problems she's facing drive her back to you she may not feel the same when those stresses fade. Go slow...be sure this is an expression of love and not fear.
If it works out, I couldn't be happier for you.

Your conditions for her returning sound solid and maybe add one more.. the two of you go to a couples or marriage intensive weekend to learn how todo it allo that much better this time...

Re: WOW!!! Falcon554: Yea im going to go slow. I will not get that hurt again and she knows it. This has been comming on for 2 weeks now. First it was the roomate thing then lastnight. Im going to talk to her on Saturday just to make sure where she is at.
